Hey Josh here,
If you are looking for the most comprehensive and unbiased review of Project Payday, then I’m glad you found this website and I strongly suggest you keep reading because this is my uncensored story about my trials with Project Payday. I will talk about the ups and the downs that I had with the whole Project Payday system. I’ll be summarizing my findings as 5 reasons why you should not bother with Project Payday.
5 – Potential to be Scammed
The whole underlying method of Project Payday relies on the concept of Incentive Based Freebie Websites. I have no doubt that you have come across these sites before. These sites are responsible for your “Shoot the Monkey and Get a Free iPod” ads that you may have encountered. Some of these sites are actually legit, however, many of them are not. It is hard to distinguish the legitimate sites from the scam sites as scam sites can appear to be highly legitimate. How this works is that these sites will pay you around $200-600 depending on the amount of people you refer plus the requirement of having you complete an offer. Sometimes even though you have completed the requirements successfully, your account will get terminated for disobeying some random rule in their terms of service and in the end they end up scamming you. This may sound cruel but it has happened many times.
The second method involves other users paying you money to complete a trial offer as their referral. Sometimes they will pay you $20-50 to do the trial offer for them. But since you will be a new user, they will have more feedback than you in the online “trading” community, so therefore you will have to complete the free trial first and wait for them to pay you. Many users don’t pay up and thus you end up completing a free trial at your own expense (which is not actually free since you have to pay shipping and handling costs and other charge)
4 – It’s really time consuming
To be successful in Project Payday, you will have to be super organized. Because this involves you completing many free trials, you will have to keep up with the trials. Many trials have a period of time where if you cancel within this period, you will not get charged at all, hence the free trial. However, if you miss this period, then you will get charged greatly. Furthermore, you have to keep details of which trial you have already completed since you cannot complete the same trial twice, or else you will get disqualified by the freebie sites. Also, many offers are really difficult to cancel, so you will have to contact their customer service and have many conversations with them before you can get your money back. It’s really overwhelming sometimes.
3 – Beware of the Terms and Conditions of the Freebie Websites
Many of the terms and conditions of the freebie websites contain a clause which allows them to deny payment to you for a breach of their terms and conditions. The problem of this is that it is beyond your control. So once you completed the requirements, you completed your offer and you got 5 referrals who completed their offer as well. So what happens next is that your account undergoes a period of verification where they check your referrals and your offer to see if it was completed correctly. Now since you have no idea whether your referrals did complete their offers legitimately or not, this is where most shady sites can cheat you. They can disqualify your payment and require you to get additional referrals because one of the referrals committed “fraud”. I’ve seen this happen many times.
2 – You don’t make that much money.
How hard is it to get referrals who complete an offer for you? Really hard. How this has evolved is that many people are actually paying people to complete offers for you. That’s right. So, imagine a site that pays out $200 for 5 referrals. What 90% of the people do is that they pay out $30 to 5 people to complete the referrals for them. In the end, they end up paying $150 for a $200 payment. A net profit of $50. Now, most of these websites (the legitimate ones) are saturated. Meaning that many people have completed these websites already. So you will have an extremely difficult time finding people who will actually be allowed to do these sites for you. (It’s a rule that you can only complete a website once). So, it may take you weeks to get that $50 profit. Don’t forget, the verification process can take up to 10 business days to process. Overall, I feel that the time spent in this is not worth it at all. But some people like Project Payday.
1 – You have to make an initial investment
In order to make money with this, you will have to have a credit card. You will use this credit card to complete offers. And its sometimes really frustrating using a credit card to do these offers as many of these offers are shady and they often have rebilling practices. Many products are centered on herbal products, weight loss products and these require you to submit your information for a trial. You will get a sample package of a product and you will have to pay for shipping. If you don’t want the pay for the full product, you will have to send everything back. You cannot use a prepaid credit card as they consider that to be fraud, so you will have to give up your real information to these companies. Sometimes, your credit card will get overwhelmed and you might get some fraud charges to your credit card and ultimately have to cancel your credit card.
What I recommend Instead
Project Payday works, but it may not be for everyone. I know many people who were successful with Project Payday. For me, I prefer something that does not require an initial investment. To access the training manuals of Project Payday, you will have to pay a $34.95 membership, or use your credit card to submit an offer. Either way, you will be forking out money, without really knowing what to expect from Project Payday. This is not a safe investment at all, especially since money is so hard to come by now.
Something that does not require that much time but will help supplement my income for the amount of time taken. Something that would give me a few extra hundred dollars per month so that I can get something nice for myself. And definitely something that is legitimate.
I’ve been searching for such an opportunity and I think that the best one that fits my criteria are paid surveys. Paid surveys are basically how big companies like Wal-Mart collect information so that they can help increase their sales. They pay survey research companies a significant amount of money to collect information. Now, people will not fill out surveys for free, so these survey research companies pay out a certain percentage of their money from Wal-Mart to pay you for filling out their surveys. This is how you get paid for doing surveys. These surveys are quick and often take 10 minutes at most and can make a few extra hundred dollars per month from it.
I’ve listed the proven survey sites below. These are the top 2 survey research companies. They pay out frequently and they pay out handsomely too. So please check them out.
Your Free Surveys (Free $4 Sign up Bonus) – Sign up here to collect your $4 bonus for joining!
Don’t forget to check your email for a confirmation email! It may show up in your spam box or not, so double check!
Your Free Surveys is one of the most trusted survey companies that exists today. There are nearly 2 million users that use Your Free Surveys, making them one of the largest survey research firms. It is completely free to join. In order to successfully receive your $4 sign up bonus, you must check your email for a confirmation. Another trusted site is:
Lightspeed Panel
Light Speed Panel is a great new rewards site where you earn points for doing surveys and you can cash these points for money. Furthermore, you can win a $5000 cheque for signing up. This is an excellent research panel as they provide you with products to test too if you wanted to. It’s one of the most legit research companies out there.
Lightspeed Consumer Panel. Click here to join.
You may not be too keen on doing paid surveys, but here me out first. The sites that I recommend are the most legit paid survey sites and you will definitely get paid by them. The main reason why I recommend this method of making money online is because its so simple. It’s a foolproof way to make money online and it’s a great way to build some passive income. By doing paid surveys, you will get a few extra hundred dollars and you can use this money to invest in methods that will provide you a lot more money. This is a great way to be more cautious in your investments online. Use money that you have already generated so that you won’t be affected that much if that product turns out to be a dud.
YourFreeSurveys is great because they give you a free $4 bonus for signing up and that helps us reach those first few hundred dollars that much quicker.
Let me show you the potential of what you can achieve. Here is one of the statistics for one of my websites this month. The counter is shows you how much money that I have made thus far (June 25, 2010). Note this is just one of my sites, I have a few more sites that are generating the same amount of income. This income that is generated is completely passive. I put in no additional work at all.

I guess what I’m trying to get across is to sign up for these surveys, earn some income and I’ll help show you great resources that will help you gain a similar income to mine.
Hope that helps!
-Josh
